4.1 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect your paid subscription.

4.2 Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:

5. Subscriptions & Payments

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that:

• You have all necessary rights to upload and share the content
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

GenderVoice LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruption or inability to access the Service
• Any conduct or content of third parties
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GenderVoice LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

16. Dispute Resolution

16.2 Arbitration Agreement

If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will be conducted:

• In the English language
• Via telephone, video conference, or written submissions (for claims under $10,000)
